County Career Expo Connects Job Seekers with County Departments

Forsyth County Government will hold a County Career Expo on Thursday, September 24, 2026 from 9am – 2pm at the Forsyth County Government Center located at 201 N Chestnut St. Job seekers looking for meaningful career opportunities are invited to attend the upcoming?County Career Expo, where representatives from County departments?will be on hand to share information about available positions, answer questions, and connect with potential candidates.
The career expo will provide attendees with the opportunity to meet county employees and hiring representatives to learn more about the wide range of careers available with the county.? Several departments will also be conducting interviews during the event, giving qualified candidates the opportunity to move forward in the hiring process.
Attendees are encouraged to?bring copies of their resumes?and come prepared with questions about careers, departments, job responsibilities and the hiring process.
An?application lab will also be available on-site for individuals who would like assistance completing and submitting county job applications in person.
Participating departments include: Airport, Behavioral Health Services, Board of Elections, Community & Economic Development, Emergency Services, Environmental Assistance Protection, General Services, Health and Human Services, Parks and Rec, Public Health, Social Services, Tax Administration, and Telecommunications.
